When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser. This typically includes: the page requested, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, and the requesting IP address. This data is used exclusively to ensure smooth operation and to improve the security of our website, and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

5. Contact form and getting in touch

On our contact page you can fill in a form with your name, practice/clinic, email address, phone number and your enquiry. When you submit the form, the data is transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which forwards it by email to our inbox (info(at)uropront.com); we do not store it anywhere else. As soon as you contact us this way or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, enquiry) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Fonts

This website loads the Comfortaa and Inter fonts locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider, and no data is transmitted to third parties as a result.

7. Content embedded from www.otopront.de

On some pages we embed product images hosted on the domain www.otopront.de. As this domain belongs to our own company (Happersberger otopront GmbH), no data is transferred to third parties as a result.
